The YMCA operates under the Ethical Code of Conduct in Youth Work and is underpinned by EDI principles (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) to ensure the breaking down of barriers to participation for young people aged 9-25 Years
YMCA Newcastle endeavors to create space and platforms for young people to ensure the authentic voice of young people is heard and tools to empower young people to affect and implement change in their lives and communities.
